With a tight timeline, the process prioritised speed, clarity, and decisive collaboration. Using a shared Figma board, we explored ideas live, refined routes quickly, and kept momentum high throughout.
The creative direction aimed to feel sharp, modern, and commercially confident. Bold type, clean layouts, restrained colour, and clear messaging helped First Gear look credible early, giving the team something strong enough to sell with immediately.
