
Turning Figma into a content engine for a global team
Working as a Studio Manager within a global brand transformation agency, I supported project delivery and helped keep things moving day to day. This included overseeing case studies, contributing to proposals, and finding better ways for the team to work together.
As the global team grew and became more distributed, the way we worked started to feel fragmented, with ideas, copy, design, and feedback spread across different tools.
This particular goal was simple: bring everything into one place and make the process smoother from start to finish.

Treating Figma as an operational tool, not just a design tool.
The focus was on building a structured, intuitive system within Figma – transforming it from a design tool into a central workspace for content creation using live components, buttons, and mockups.
The system I built enabled teams to ideate, write copy, design artwork, preview layouts (including social grids), and manage stakeholder reviews and approvals – all within a single environment.
